A Global Leadership Programme for a Global Team

Client Overview

Taurex is a fast-growing fintech business with teams based in Europe, Middle East, Latin America and Asia. 


As the company expanded, the leadership team recognised a clear need: their people managers needed the confidence, consistency, and human skills to lead effectively, no matter where they were based or who they were managing.


Our relationship with Taurex originally began with a bespoke 1:1 leadership coaching for a member of the Executive Team. When the impact of that work became evident, we were invited to partner more broadly to strengthen leadership capability across the business.

Partnering to Shape Culture & Leadership

Our Engagement

We designed and delivered a bespoke virtual leadership development programme for a global group of line and middle managers. The cohort included 20 leaders working across multiple time zones. To support this, we ran each module live at different times, so that all participants could join and fully engage.

The Programme

Across seven highly interactive modules, participants explored new ways of thinking and leading. They applied tools directly to their day-to-day challenges and supported one another through open dialogue and practical reflection.


The modules covered:

  1. Leading Wellbeing for Managers
    Recognising the signs of burnout, having supportive wellbeing conversations, and creating a compassionate team culture with clear boundaries.
  2. The Emotionally Intelligent Manager
    Building self-awareness, understanding emotional triggers, and leading with empathy, especially in high-pressure situations.
  3. Leadership and Communication Styles
    Understanding personal leadership styles, adapting to others, and communicating clearly across different working preferences and cultures.
  4. Courageous Conversations
    Introducing practical tools and strategies to approach difficult conversations with care and clarity, rather than avoidance.
  5. Delegation Skills
    Letting go of control, empowering others, and learning how to delegate in a way that builds trust and accountability.
  6. Leading Hybrid Teams
    Navigating cultural differences, remote dynamics, and time zones to maintain connection and team performance.
  7. Inclusive Leadership for Leaders
    Exploring inclusive behaviours and ensuring every team member feels heard, respected, and able to contribute.

Each session was practical and experiential. Participants shared real challenges, tried out new approaches, and built a sense of connection and trust across borders.

The Impact

Managers at Taurex are now better equipped to lead with confidence and clarity, even in complexity. 


The programme helped to:

  • Build a consistent leadership mindset across a geographically diverse team
  • Boost confidence in giving feedback, holding their teams to account and addressing challenging situations early
  • Strengthen peer relationships and cross-cultural understanding
  • Support a more inclusive, human leadership culture

This partnership shows what’s possible when development is shaped for the reality of how people work, not just where they work.
