Taurex is a fast-growing fintech business with teams based in Europe, Middle East, Latin America and Asia.
As the company expanded, the leadership team recognised a clear need: their people managers needed the confidence, consistency, and human skills to lead effectively, no matter where they were based or who they were managing.
Our relationship with Taurex originally began with a bespoke 1:1 leadership coaching for a member of the Executive Team. When the impact of that work became evident, we were invited to partner more broadly to strengthen leadership capability across the business.
We designed and delivered a bespoke virtual leadership development programme for a global group of line and middle managers. The cohort included 20 leaders working across multiple time zones. To support this, we ran each module live at different times, so that all participants could join and fully engage.
Across seven highly interactive modules, participants explored new ways of thinking and leading. They applied tools directly to their day-to-day challenges and supported one another through open dialogue and practical reflection.
