1. Promoter
The promoter is J Wall Consulting Ltd t/a Upwrd Ltd.
2. Eligibility
The giveaway is open to:
- Budget-holding senior professionals in an HR, People, Talent or OD role
- Budget-holding senior leaders responsible for a team
- UK-based organisations only
- Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
3. How to Enter
- Complete the official entry form.
- Only fully completed entry forms count as valid entries.
- One entry per organisation.
4. Entry Period
Entries open on posting and close at 5:00pm on Friday 19 December 2025.
5. Prize Details
First Prize:
- Free design and delivery of a team development session using Insights Discovery
- Valid for a team of 5–15 people
- Delivery between January–March 2026
- Winner pays:
- £150 + VAT per Insights profile
- Any venue hire (if required)
- Travel and accommodation for in-person delivery outside London
Second Prize:
- 50% off delivery of the session. Design will be free of charge.
- Winner covers the Insights Discovery participant profile costs and any venue hire /travel/accommodation costs as required.
No cash alternative is offered.
6. Winner Selection
Winners will be selected at random using a secure, private randomisation tool.
The winner will be contacted directly via email.
No personal details of entrants will be disclosed publicly.
7. Delivery Conditions
The prize - the facilitation virtually or in person - must be booked by 31 January 2026 subject to availability.
Delivery must take place between January–March 2026.
Failure to book before the deadline may result in forfeiture.
8. Data Protection
Personal data provided will be used solely for the administration of this giveaway and, if permission is granted, for future communication from Upwrd in accordance with GDPR.
9. General
Upwrd reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel the giveaway if circumstances require.
