Modular Programmes

Our modular programmes are designed to balance structure with flexibility.

We offer two editions depending on where your leaders are on their journey:


People Managers

For team leaders, supervisors and first-line managers - whether new to management or looking to strengthen the basics.
The People Managers edition focuses on providing managers with the fundamental leadership mindset, knowledge and skill to lead themselves with clarity and lead others with confidence and empathy.


Aspiring Leaders

For mid-level managers and leaders being prepared for more senior leadership roles.
This edition builds on the fundamentals with a deeper focus on self-leadership, influence, cross-functional collaboration, and leading through complexity.

Flexible, Contextualised Options.

Each edition – People Managers and Aspiring Leaders – is available at three levels of contextualisation. You can:

  • Go with our expertly selected core modules, designed to reflect the most common and pressing challenges your leaders face.
  • Add extra modules to extend or deepen the journey.
  • Include additional support services like coaching or feedback tools for a richer learning experience.

This gives you the flexibility to choose the depth and scope that’s right for your people and your organisation.
